Is Plague Kripath zaw still the best after melee 3.0?
I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle now that condition overload was nerfed.

Plague Kripath is still a good pick imho. Highest Crit while still having decent status.

It isn't the best, but still a really solid pick for high level play. Overall it's worth noting that Melee 3.0 has (for the most part) made every melee category usable in high level play, as well as introduced a lot of new builds/playstyles.

The only melee category that I can think of that isn't viable, is the Warfans, but they never really were amazing to begin with (especially seeing as the Gunsen is the only weapon in that category currently).
Condition Overload is still one of the most godly melee mods in the game even after the nerf, it just doesn't overkill everything in sight by quite as huge of numbers as it used to. Most of the lost damage from changing CO's internal damage calculations is already made up for at the start by the boost melees received to their base damage.

it ìs a broken weapon but not for what you are thinking about, the plague keewar is even better...

Without a riven, yes it is a good zaw strike. With a riven, some of the other strikes can end up doing better damage.

Don't forget that CO still requires a status effect to be present on an enemy to deal increased damage. This means that you have to hit something twice to have the desired effect and unless building for status that has a lingering effect, you may not always get the bonus.

The Plague Zaws will always be among the best melee weapons in the game just because they can proc Viral and Corrosive and have great mix of Crit and Status to boot.

It provides more melee damage at < 5 status effects on target, less if > 5, and also saves you a slot because you can replace pressure point with it.

Thanks to everyone for answering.

I prefer my redeemer prime for heavy attacks

I should clarify, it's still one of the best for condition overload builds. Red crits come faster with less combo points. The viral's a nice boon to have as well.

how is plague creepah compare to orthos? which is better in longer mission?

It doesn't matter, it can easily kill lv 150 corrupted heavy gunners, nox etc. that's more than enough, there's no "best"
