Only tenno made arsenal receives prime version. Grineer weapons (such as ignis) instead become either Prisma, Wraith or maybe even Vaykor.

Ignis Wraith exists and its pretty powerful. Ask in recruiting chat for a clan that has BP available, someone's got to answer.

Sorry but no. A prime version is stronger than a wraith version.
Example: Latron Prime [warframe.wikia.com]

The order goes like this:
Umbra > Prime > Syndicate > Wraith/Vandal/etc > normal

Funny cause before the recent rebalance of weapons it was a fair argument that Latron Wraith was better than Latron Prime. But now yeah, Prime is probably better than Wraith.

I think the rebalance intentionally created that order. I'd still rather prefer only having one advanced version per weapon. At this moment we have weapons with no advanced versions and weapons like Cernos with 4 different versions ...

how about Quad Ignis Wraith with a crit chance of 100%, a crit multiplyer of 10.0 and a statues chance of 100%

Well we won't get ignis prime, but with the "Gunkits" or whatever it's called coming soon they maybe adding a new flamethrower to the list, idk, nore can I confirm it, but they showed a different kinda flamer on that Lift vid' so i'm hopeful for a new more powerful flamethrower in the near future.
