Necros Prime
The wikia says that all the relics for necros prime are vaulted, is this true.

Also if they are vaulted how do you aquire him without plat?

Yes, Nekros and the relics that contain his parts are vaulted.
If you have the relics that contains Nekros parts before he got vaulted, you can still use those until you run out of them.

Otherwise, you can either buy his parts from people in trade chat, or buy his relics from people and pray to RNGesus.
