dont be dumb like me, grab primed sure footed since self damage isnt a thing anymore but stagger unfortunately is -_-, they need to remove primed mods from the daily tribute system or at least make them tradable again, waiting 200 days just for a prime mod kinda makes me not want to play anymore...

There are more reasons for primed sure footed besides the self knockdown.
Its great in melee builds or for certain squishy frames where one knockdown/stagger at higher levels equals death.

At least you were able to choose. P Sure Footed used to be exclusive to 900 days before DE added choice mechanics to the daily login system in 2018.

why would i use bramma or rhino, am i not allowed to have fun with mirage or wisp with concealed explosives? like stagger on every hit is annoying, and 90% on 36 shots im still bound to stagger with 2 or 3 of them, its just pointless to ruin fun. especially with primed sure foot being a gimmick mod used in meme builds more than used in actual end game builds.

Doesn't Sure Footed kind of stagger you anyway? There's a blocking animation iirc.

EDIT: Huh, apparently not anymore according to the wiki, as of about 3 months ago, (27.2).
Guess it finally has a real edge over Handspring.

It has a huge edge over alot of things including atlas's passive that makes him not stagger while on the ground, sure footed p makes it work in the air as well

Honestly this is the only reason you need sure footed p, if the stagger range was smaller(which it should be) I wouldn't even bother with this mod especially since umbral mods take up so much drain.

I literally made a topic suggesting they add something like a forma prime that halves the mod cost of a slot regardless of polarity. It’s weird to want exilus and stance slots to be polarized regardless of polarity and not apply that same logic to our hundreds of weapons with multiple loadout slots that don’t get used because using forma can actually hinder customization by increasing the cost of mods that don’t match the polarity of the slot.

This one's even worse; the former is just a challenge to use other weapons, made in responce to someone having issues with a powerful weapon's drawback (which is, in all honesty, their own fault for firing it so close and/or keeping their feet on the ground when they do it to boot)

I've ran Mirage Bramma before. It's not hard to not stagger yourself. Granted, I had experience running mag/multishot Angrstum on Mirage and learned very quickly how to gauge range to not *kill* myself, back before this self stagger cop-out. It's really not that hard.

Well, you can just get a second and forma it in a different way.
I got 3 versions of my "main" frame for that very reason. Quite often a single "forma prime" wouldnt be enough anyways and it would surely be at least as rare as the umbras.
If you build a frame in a totally different way chances are you need 2-4 different polarities.

And my point is you shouldn’t have to build a second frame or weapon. Especially when everything comes with 3 different loadouts you can save and hot swap between. I agree that just one forma prime wouldn’t be enough-just like a single forma wouldn’t be enough. I wouldn’t be against them being as rare as those stupid umbra formas. They should be something you only consider putting on your favorite or very best stuff-like I assume most people do already with their umbra forma or eidolon lenses.
