Kuva Larving Chance

Isn't it guaranteed? 100%? I'm doing Cassini, but it is like 50-50. Sometimes it doesn't spawn at all and i have to reset.

You must have bad luck. When I do the mission there is always a larving unless Grineer spawning goes weird and they stop spawning for the next 3-4 maptiles after the red flash.

This, I forgot to mention this. I noticed early as well that killing too fast may not give enough time for Larva to appear.

I'm a bit confused as to what actually triggers the initial lights flickering.
Does it depend on enemies killed , location trigger or time spent in mission?

wait for lights to flicker, then kill 10 or so mobs, larvling always spawned for me 100% of the time.

Ive had a 100% percent spawn rate there... just run through you will get the red flickering lights about 3rd to half way through then just keep going and about 2-3 tiles over the kuva gaurds will start to talk and the lavaling will spawn not to far off. Its not like other 'lights flicker' events where they spawn basically in the room the lights flicker in... its odd that way, theres a sizable delay between all the parts.

You have to kill a fixed number of enemies in a certain amount of time(i think 10 if you are solo) after the screen blinks ot it will not appear.

The lights usually flicker for me after i captured the target and i'm close to extraction. So i don't have to complete the objectives before that? I don't think i was rushing. (Maybe a little, since i have to do it a lot of times for the weapon that i want to appear.)

It's exterminate, it's gonna take a lot more time only to see at the end that it's not the weapon that you want.

Found this on Warframe wiki in comments, and it seemed to spawn Larvlings with a gurantee for me.

Go to Cassini, Saturn -> go straight for capture target, ignore everything else -> capture, wait for lights to flicker -> kill some grineer after -> larvling spawns.
I did not hurry to extraction though so it might play some role.

To my understanding, unless it was changed with the updates, the Larvlings follow the same spawning mechanics as the Juggernaut in Infested missions - once the lights flicker (typically shortly after the objective has been completed in Capture missions) you need to kill enough enemies within a relatively short period of time to trigger the Larvling to actually spawn.

I've had 100% spawn chance on Sedna Adaro and Saturn Cassini (50+ runs on both combined)
