Basically it got the AI of a specter ( maybe better ? )
He will literally act on his own if you go into operator mode. Sometimes against you.
I'd explain but I don't want to spoil the story. He'll be available in a quest that you start with the helmet floating in your quarters.
Fun times
He has been given a bonus passive that lets him fight with you when you are not opperating him in combat. He will also follow you around in places like the quills base and in dojos but sadly not on the ship.
During the quest he is unlocked he is hostile and due to the rules for specters he is also hostile in nightmare missions.
