Is buying Forma with plat worth it?

If not, what's the best way to acquire Forma/Forma Blueprints?

I wouldn't, really. Forma is one of the easiest things to get in the game. Just run relics, you will get so many out of it. There are better things to put Plat into in my opinion.

Void relics (Lith / Axi) or you could just get three pre-built forma for 35 platinum (which you can earn by trading) but you should only do it when you get a steady income of plat and if you are really desperate for forma

In my opinion buyinh forma with plat isnt worth it at all. It's extremely easy to farma nd when you do start farming it you'll have more than you can even use.

Worth it if you plan on putting a lot of forma into a weapon in a day, but generally it's better to just get them from relic drops.

I'd say its much eaiser to just get your forma form the relics, even though you have to wait a bit it's better than spending your plat on it, cause your plat can be used towards other things, such as cosmetics, cosmetics, cosmetics, and cosmetics. :D

This the best if you have more platinum than spare time or want to forma more than 1 thing a day.

Otherwise, just run random void relic missions.

The third alternative, is the defense mission on the Derelict, which has 22.5% chance of either a forma blueprint or meso relic.

The 4th best alternative, which is not very reliable and has a very low chance, is to do the cabotage mission on Earth and find all 3 caches. This has a 2% chance for a blueprint, and 0.5% chance of a completed Forma.

Buy the 3 pack of forma if you do , never the one pack. What a lot of these people are not telling you is it takes 24 hours for a single forma... which is NOT worth the wait when you are working on a project that requires 4-6 forma. If you have a large number of stuff to work on building forma is not a legitimately valid method of acquiring forma.

You should build forma whenever you have blueprints for it, that way when you need forma, you're not like ermagerds, I don't have any ferma!

What do you have to have 6 forma now for that can't wait? I can't imagine anyone critically needing forma. Anyway, it's your plat, up to you.

When I created my clan, I was low on forma so I...farmed forma, crafted forma and waited patiently. The world didn't end.

Meso relics are infested with forma, there is no reason to use plats unless you ran out of stock and in desesperate need of it.

What i suggest is do this

Run tons of relics
Gather tons of Forma Bps
Download the Warframe App for your smartphone
Login each day and have one forma in the making


I did that last year while on vacations and i stocked 20 formas from there,plus the ones i continued to make afterwards
