There is about 0.01% chance to get them in Sabotage missions if you get all caches. I do not recommend grinding them there. You lose your health and mind.

Follow Alert frequently because there is always 4 Nitains per day (24h).

First, clear the entire star map. Like every single mission and it shouldn't be that hard.

Then pay attention to alerts as Nitain extract show up there 4 times a day.

u can get 2 in a day even if u r a casual player. Also dnt waste them on cosmetic helmets

Warframe Nexus app on Android gives notifications on all alerts. Just change the notification settings and you'll only get notified if the alert gives Nitain.
