What "Support" Warframe is your favorite Squad mate?

I know there is no mission that "needs" a support, but is there any Support Warframe that makes you think "Oh nice, we got a [insert WF Name here]"?

Just wondering because i got over my "I GOT TO BE THE NUMBER ONE DAMAGE DEALER" phase a while ago and really enjoy playing Warframes that bring utility and support skills to strenghten my team.

Oberon, Atlas, Nyx, Gara, Garuda, Wisp, Nidus, and Mesa are my go to for team support.

Oberon, or Loki (provided that the loki playing is good)

Trinity and Wisp. Wisp adds awesome buffs to the whole team while Trinity provides infinite energy and healing to the whole team.

I ALWAYS say "Oh nice, a trinity". Constantly full energy is just a breeze.

Hildryn is a very overlooked Support Frame.
Haven is a great life saving ability. When any frame linked to her there shield recharge faster and if there shield break, they gain invulnerability

Aegis Storm when built for range can cover a lot of ground and any enemies that are effected by it will create an Energy Orb every few seconds. The floor will be littered with Energy Orbs.


For the most underappreciated Support Frame award goes to Titania.

Forget about her Dust aura that reduces the accuracy of enemies within 30 meters around Titania by 50% for 120 seconds. No it's all about Spellbind.

Spellbind will disarm and make any enemies float effected by it along with nearby allies become immune to Status Effects but that's not why you should care about Spellbind or the reason why you should spam it. The real reason why you should spam Spellbind is to grant pretty floating butterfly effect on your teammate in order to rise moral!

Nothing will keep the team spirit up more then pretty butterflies on every team member with each butterfly color based on each effected team member energy color. At the end of the mission you'll have a rainbow of butterflies all over the place. Spellbind also effect Pets, Moas, and Sentinel so don't forget to tag them as well.

if he has the holy trinity of a good gun, a good riven for it and good aim. you will be damn near immortal with a harrow on your team if they know what you're doing. also harrow can cc bosses other frames can't

max str wisp players are the real MVP

they give you the sweet firerate buff and max health boost with passive health regen

I play Trinity myself most of the time, so I'm not that happy when there is a second one.
But I'm always "Cool there is a Nova, Wisp, Equinox, Rhino, Volt, Limbo, Hyldrin with us."

The only frame where I roll my eyes and wonder what he prbly will do is Loki (if you bring him to anything other than a Spy mision).

Not entirely the point of hte topic, but Im just pleasantly surprised seeing someone use an underused frame, so a fellow Atlas or a Trinity or so is always a welcome sight.

as far as actual support, yeah I guess a Trinity is just about the only one.

Trinity - Queen of support frames and the only one you'll ever need. You need her for Trido, ESO and basically to support any silly low efficiency built frames.

Energy and healing + damage reduction is the best support in this game. No team with good planning will run a tridolon run without Trin.

I too enjoy playing support Warframes and my main frame, is of course Trinity. F*ck DPS and nuke frames.
