For grips, these are just my own personal findings, but after working on my own (possibly outdated by now) spreadsheet to compare the DPS, I came up with:
Catchmoon: Gibber >>> Ramble > Haymaker > Lovetap
Gaze: Haymaker > Lovetap > Ramble > Gibber
Rattleguts: Haymaker > Lovetap > Ramble > Gibber
Tombfinger: Haymaker > Gibber > Lovetap > Ramble
Overall grips seem to have relatively the same DPS, except in the case of the Catchmoon, where it seems that the Gibber gives a lot more DPS relative to other grips
Loaders are all really well-balanced in terms of DPS, with slight bias towards larger magazine sizes. The difference is practically non-existant, though, so I'd recommend that you pick something based on its crit chance or status chance, followed by magazine size vs reload speed.
But Basically Skip Gaze even with the rework.
Catchmoon and Tombfinger you build for crit. So Haymaker and Splat/Killstream depending on how much magazine and reload you like. Both of these are just so much more powerful than any other secondary currently.
I have yet to mess around with Rattleguts so can't give you feed back on that.
