Of course, if you don't care for that and would prefer a faster semi automatic weapon, Shred will work.
- Disposition directly correlates to the strength of stats.
- More positive stats grants reduced values.
- A negative stat grants increased values.
- The rest is RNG within those boundaries.
e.g.
+ Multishot
+ Impact
+ Electricity
- Status Duration
Has 3 stats at reduced strength in comparison to:
+ Multishot
+ Electricity
- Status Duration
But of course neither is objectively better because the first has an additional stat. This simply depends on the weapon and the build you're going for.
Couple things I want to say about this:
1. Every weapon that can have a riven has a disposition, not most.
2. Yes, DE has based dispositions based off the popularity of weapons, but it's worth clarifying that disposition is not dynamically updated, so if a weapon starts being more popular the disposition won't automatically shift. In fact, for a very long time DE didn't even touch dispositions. It wasn't until recently they actually started adjusting them. On top of that, they have not made any major adjustments. IIRC, they stated that at least for the meantime they won't be adjusting dispositions by entire blips (the little dots/circles that represent the disposition, there are a total of 5 dots, with 5/5 dots being the strongest disposition and 1/5 dots being the weakest disposition). I wasn't even aware that they could be partially adjusted until this.
