Is there a guaranteed way to make the lich spawn in a mission?

After back to back missions and knowing I have the right mod combination, and after watching liches break, I would really really like to just be able to get my current lich over and done with, without having to run countless unrewarding missions just banking on the chance that it might show up and not break.

Just play the game and it will eventually show up. What are you in a hurry for? Or you just want to have everything handed to you on the silver platter?

It spawns when the progress bar fills up in the litch screen. You need to make the litch more angry. I'm not sure what makes it angry, probably doing murmurs or just doing the missions.

Killing its thralls and taking their nodes away from them will make them more angry, in my experience. Once you have the bar fully filled (Enraged), then there's an extremely high chance you'll encounter them in one of their nodes. The chance to encounter will increase the higher the bar is.


OP, if you have your Lich already to the Enraged state, and you still haven't run into them, then make sure you're running missions in the nodes they control, as you can only encounter them there. If you are and you still don't have any luck finding them, then slow the fight down a bit. It can take some time for them to spawn. Now, if you've tried all that and STILL can't find them, then you, sir, have the shi*tiest luck I have ever seen and you have my condolences.That, or the game's bugged. Wouldn't surprise me if that were the case.

there is no guaranteed way, just be killing thralls, he will spawn soon enough.
also, the rank and the bar progress of its rank plays a role to it, but still no guarantee.
the more thralls you personally kill (the assassins creed way), the more chance for the lich to spawn, as i noticed, so try also going into those missions solo, so nobody else to be getting the final kill on the thralls.
i mean when you know the sequence and you are just going in for the final kill process.
i have vanquished/converted liches being at rank 2 and 3 and they spawn just fine, though.

Not tradeable though so the only way to get them is kill several lich's without one.
