Wow, people pay thousands of platinum for Riven mods?

I think I'll just get my own. Can already pretty easily kill everything in the game even without Riven mods. I mean, 8500 plat for an Opticor mod? There's at least one person in that deal who doesn't understand the value of money. That's about $400. Talk about whales...

there is no way a riven mod would cost 8k, so the guy that wants to sell it for 8k is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded, the one who buys it is even more idiotic. at most a riven mod can go up to is around 2-3k plat.

No one is forcing you to buy them but if people are willing to buy something from me for that much then I have nothing to complain about. That and some people are pretty rich who have nothing to really use their plat on.

Even more so you can get trash roll rivens then roll and sell them for a higher price than what you bought it for (depending on what weapon).

I've got nothing else to really spend plat on so on the rare chance DE releases a weapon i like (like the corinth) i might drop a few thousand plat for a god riven. Most of my plat either comes from 75% discounts or selling max ranked primed mods so its no skin off my back. But pretty much what the others above have stated.

forum is a real joke for riven trades, go to real sites like wftrader or riven market(though there's some joke prices there too).
