Proton - XBOX Series X Controller

Recently re-installed the game through Proton to run on Arch. The game itself runs fine - the controller however is not responsive.

I've loaded up the config tool and tested Xinputs and everything responds fine in there. Once I load the game up - nothing.

I was wondering if anyone had experienced similar with a Series X controller? Back in the day I used to play with a USB 360 controller - is bluetooth not supported by chance?

FFXI on Linux only work through 32 bit based not 64 bits.

Not sure if this is true if you have proper libraries installed. Literally everything about the game works for me on Linux minus the controller. I can play with the keyboard but it doesn't hit the same lol.

check your config settings might be fudging with the Steam Controller settings. I personally have the steam version but I play through Lutris because I cant seem to find the right version of proton for Windower 4 to launch.

EDIT: As a side note I also use my PS4 bluetooth through wine and it works fine out of the box. All I had to do was go into the gamepad setting in "Wine Control Panel" in Lutris and make sure it was set to active.
