Cannot start latest version on macOS Sequoia

Hello and good afternoon. I have a problem with Universe Sandbox running on a Mac OS via Steam, here you are the system specs:

Chip: Apple M2
Memory: 8Gb
MacOS 15.2 (Sequoia)

Basically the application hags on the initial startup screen, as shown in the image below.

I tried all suggestions in the forums, including reinstalling everything but nothing, the App keeps hanging on startup. In order for it to work I have to install a previous release, which is not optimal.

Can you please advice what’s the problem and what can I do to run the latest version of Universe Sandbox on my Mac?

Can you please try resetting your settings and then launching Universe Sandbox? Here are some instructions for how to do that

If that does not solve the issue, can you please send us a copy of your Player.log and Player-prev.log files so we can look into the issue in more detail? Here are some instructions on how to do that
