Suggestion for City Lights
I really love terraforming planets but wish it was easier to make city lights extra visible, since at the moment, there aren't any great seeds with decent city distribution. It would be cool if we could paint them like in solar smash.
Alternatively, it would be nice to have a "Fullbright" city map, maybe with some brighter spots and some darker spots, aimply that it fully covers the surface. It would be cool if we could then pair that with a terrain height limiter, where we can select a minimum terrain height and maximum terrain height for cities.

Thank you for reading! Please take these into consideration!

Thanks for the suggestion. We're always thinking of ways we can improve our simulation and are actually actively working on some basic life simulation. This will likely just start with vegetation, but eventually we plan for it to affect city lights.

In the mean, having a full coverage map and additional custom elevation controls is an interesting idea.

I thought that the height slider would be good because it might prevent cities from lighting up on mountains.
Also, that's really neat! My friend has been bugging me about life simulation and was a bit disappointed when I told him that it wasn't possible yet, but I think he has something to look forward to! I wish you best of luck! 😃
