Strange, sorry for the issue. There may be a simple solution I'm not aware of, but in the meantime it'll help to see your log. Instructions here: http://universesandbox.com/blog/2014/08/support-us2/#emaillog

Let me know once you've sent them in. Thanks!

A target frame rate of -1 means, rather unclearly, that it will run as fast as possible. It's a feature we can use to test the UI and interactions at a slower frame rate on fast machines. -1 is the correct value for normal play.

Press Alt+F to turn on the frame rate display.

Thanks for sending in your log file. We'll take a look soon.

Can you please run a performance test and send in the results?

Home -> Performance Test

You can type something like "lag issue" in the comment box at the end.

Let us know once you've done this. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. I know that we have received your performance test results -- thanks for sending that in. I'll check in on the progress and we'll get back to you.

Specs should definitely handle this, I take it this is a laptop running this?

Evil Angel -- I bet you already know this, but yes, you should be getting better performance than what you're seeing.

Your log file was bogged down, which may cause slowdown. We've made some changes around this problem which will be in the next update. Please try then and let us know if you're still seeing bad performance.

We hope to release a small bug-fix update (which would include this fix) in the next week or so.

Hi there I have had issues as well with lag, I just recently done a performance test and had an average of 14fps and put lag issues in the comment box. But so far love the music and the possibilities.
