Earth and Moon are a barycenter for example. It means that Earth and Moon spin around the same main emphasis. The moon orbits the earth and the earth is in the orbit of the sun and because of the moons mass earth doesnt go exactly on this orbit it has a little spin like its rotating around another small planet. Hope i could explain it a bit. Sry for my englisch :P

To create barycenter , open the body menu by double clicking an object . While the window is open , select both body between which you want a barycenter ( ctrl+mouse left ) . It will make appear some others options in the body menu , and create barycenter is one of these new options .
