This or space engine?

What's the difference between this game and space engine, and what are the pros/cons of them?

I'm looking for a chill sandbox environment and this seems to be it but I'd like to know what separates the two games.

space engine can view all real-life objects, while universe sandbox has a set of objects.

space engine can't edit objects (except for shift+F2) and universe sandbox has lots of freedom editing them.

both games give time control.

space engine is more exploration based, while universe sandbox is more sandbox based.

so if you want a sandbox space game, i suggest universe sandbox.
