Where are the config files stored?

I found the folder for videos and saved simulations and etc. but I'm not seeing where US2 is actually saving its settings. I even checked Steam's userdata folder and it's not there.

From inside Universe Sandbox, click Home > Debug Tools > Open Persistent Data Path
Which is usually here:
C:\Users\<your-user-folder>\AppData\LocalLow\Giant Army\Universe Sandbox ²

There are also some settings saved in the Windows registry.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Giant Army\Universe Sandbox ²
