How can I create a pulsar or magnetar now?

I give the following data into:

mass max: 2 suns
radius max.: 20 km
rotation: 0.5 sec
magnatic pole angle: 35 °
magnetic field: 1E10 Tesla (10,000,000,000)

But after installing and running I don't see any accretion disk or jets even if I zoom very wide out or change the camera's view. Before the update 23 there was a button to form a pulsar. I can't find that anymore .
What I'm doing wrong?

Ok, I think I can help.

Method 1: I don't know the specific properties that need to be met for this to occur, but sometimes if a VERY large star explodes, It leaves behind a black hole with jets. Just save the object so you can place when you need to.

Method 2: Go to the simulations area, and find the one with pulsars. Then save one of them, and place them in your saves.

Only stars with a StarType of 4 can become pulsars. The only spawnable star with this StarType is Sirius B.

The simulation 'White Dwarf, White Dwarf, Pulsar'' contains a Pulsar that is missing it's particle jets but is otherwise fully functional. You can press' Make Pulsar' on that Pulsar from that simulation to create the particle jets.

i made one acedentaly, called it super mercury

Omg crazy thing is i was randomly fidgeting around with mercury and accidently made it a pulsar with the particles making a disk and vertical jets of hot plasma looked super cool but it inglufed in the entire solar system
