N+ Colour scheme
Does anyone know if you can unlock the N+ colour scheme? I really liked the way that game looked

Try vasquez, it is your best bet!

IIRC Classic (N colours) unlocks after beating a column of Solo Legacy, Plus (N+ colours) unlocks after beating a row of Solo Legacy. I may have got row/column backwards though!

Dany is right though, Vasquez is sort of the new default grey. But if you really miss N+ you'll have to play some Legacy levels :)

I just like the grey look of N+ even though I never played it that much. Look like I'll have to power on through xD I'm pretty bad at the game right now xP

That's actually really bad design. Forcing someone to unlock the old style of a game that costs money by playing a new game that costs money in a visual style they might not like. They always have the option of getting a refund &, if they don't like the new styles enough, I can see why some people would.

Come on, it's not like Vasquez is too far from the original aesthetic. Plus it's hardly unreasonable to expect changes visually when developers are providing a new sequel. Are you going to climb on their butt for changing the UI as well?

I don't see why it's bad design: we're rewarding fans of the old version by unlocking the old colours as a reward for playing the old levels! Makes sense to me.

IMO the point of design is not to immediately placate every possible desire of the user, it's to construct an experience that most users will find enjoyable :)

If Vasquez was a weird colour like Hot then I'd agree, but as Legiondude pointed out, we designed it to be very similar to N/N+.
