Dany is right though, Vasquez is sort of the new default grey. But if you really miss N+ you'll have to play some Legacy levels :)
That's actually really bad design. Forcing someone to unlock the old style of a game that costs money by playing a new game that costs money in a visual style they might not like. They always have the option of getting a refund &, if they don't like the new styles enough, I can see why some people would.
IMO the point of design is not to immediately placate every possible desire of the user, it's to construct an experience that most users will find enjoyable :)
If Vasquez was a weird colour like Hot then I'd agree, but as Legiondude pointed out, we designed it to be very similar to N/N+.
