Thanks! This fixed the issue for me.
Here's to hoping a patch could erase this minor nuisance.
I thought it was because I'm using the intel integrated gpu, but seems to be different.
Go to Steam and right click the game and go to properties, local files, browse. Then find the games .exe. In this case it's N++.exe. Right click that and find the option for properties (it's different on Win10 vs 11).
Click compatibility tab and then click the box that says change high DPI settings. Tick the box called override high DPI scaling behaviour. Leave on application in the drop down box. You are done. Press Okay button and okay on previous window to close all.
