So my suggestion that expensive maps could lead you to burried treasures or "Hard to find things" or smth usefull, while cheap things provides you with tips for keys-skillbooks-hiden switches that you could miss.

It's a secret because it does not highlight when you use ALT. There are other treasures like that in other areas.
