Camera controls
During the tutorial (Love the narrator. Is that the same guy from DK2?) the camera pans around the dungeon for different points of view. Are there controls for this I'm not figuring out, or are there plans for greater camera control in the works?

Page up, page down, home and end. Those keys will control the camera. And yes, it is the same narrator. Due to a successfull kickstarter they manages to complete the stretch goal to hire him.

also insert and delete pitch the camera up and down

1 and 2 on the number row reset your camera to the dungeon-core-view at 2 different pitches if you get lost.

I just dl'ed the game and after the -force-opengl issue i can get into the game. The camera will not move at all besides the 1 and 2 buttons. I have hit every key on my keyboard including the above mentioned keys. This is on the Tutorial session of the game. Very fustrating.

During the tutorial the camera is often locked off until you have completed specific objectives, are you trying to move the camera before you have done these things? If you press 1 or 2 whilst the camera is locked off it will move the camera to the core, but you still won't be able to move it manually until you have completed the objectives (which will be impossible from different camera angles).

I suggest trying the tutorial again, and making sure you have completed the current objective before trying to move the camera.

What if you don't have those keys? I'm using a macbook air with parallels? no page up or down. the delete key does nothing.
