how i can beat her? she is to strong - she sends wave after wave to me- i build beasts and clerics like its no morning but she destroy my army in no time

Rushing is easiest. Rush to the middle, ie. the Perception shrine between you and her.

In the mean while excavate and claim the portal to the south, and build a beast den on the way to the Perception shrine. Once you reach the shrine, build defences with Forge spell, construct Ember Demons and drop beasts on that frontline-- the bridge at the shrine. Stay there and fight a bit while the defences help out. Heal and Lightning the creatures.

After a minute or two you will have overwhelmed her and you just rush straight for her core.

Should do the trick.

You have a lot of space, so dig it out quickly, get all the gold you can and build whatever rooms you want, though don't bother with prisons. Crypts are great though.
Then abuse the AI, tease it with little attacks at choke points, and pull your flag back further and further, you want her units to extend into your terrain, where you can comfortably use spells and get your own KOd back but not let the enemy save theirs.

Even if you're weaker, after a few minutes of doing this the AI will have just lvl1 fodder to throw against you while you have a full army that's trained up, and if you built a crypt, you'll have an army of ghouls too.

If you have the time, you might also want to build a crypt. As Mira throws her beast minions away without much regard for their well-being, this allows your Necromancers to build a sizeable number of Ghouls - or you can fire up a nasty uprising ritual.

Actually quite easy to get Mira Mi Poder and Mondrian if you are very aggressive

I got it in third try with the above described strategy. Took me about 10 minutes all three tries.

It's definitely not easy but the speedrun achievements do force you to train yourself to build faster and this is the hardest one yet

Where I'm running into trouble is the fact that after about 10 minutes she summons an Eternal, then does it again five minutes after I kill it. I can hold off her minions okay until she does that. It seems that at some point between all of the videos, walkthroughs, and threads being made and the latest update they jacked up the difficulty significantly.

You're doing it the hard way. The easy way to get a Bafu, possess it and fly over and snipe her core from the safety of the nearby chasm where her minions can't hit you. With the new possession buffs it's the best way to do it quickly.

EDIT - But no if anything it was a lot harder in the beginning and has got easier over time.

LOL! Holy balls. I just did the bafu method and annihilated her core in like 6 minutes, brilliant haha. Can't believe I didn't see that method.

See, I get that the bafu method works, but it feels like cheating and honestly just doesn't feel worth it to me. I mean, I might as well just watch a lets play and skip the level. Why bother?

After failing it so many times i couldn't be arsed, just wanted to move on by that point and glad I did, finally completed and on to heart of gold campaign :).
