I haven't played this new map yet, but you can try a bafu rush strategy that works for the other time achievements:
1. Turn off all units except for bafu at beast den. (ranged dps)
2. Build a lot of libraries to get cultists and then train them in the barracks to level them up (ideally to level 3). Gnarlings will train naturely. (ranged healing, dps; melee tank, dps)
3. Build potion room to get crackpots and train them. (ranged dps)
4. Build arenas and get a few beastmasters. (support/tank)
5. Use any +level artefacts if they exist on the level.
Save and try attacking to see how long it takes, then adjust timing to meet achievement time.
honestly dont think that will happen you do not get enough units fast enough to fight what you have to fight. the only map looked like people just rush to the heart. which you cant do any more because the midous doors which 100% distract your whole army. even then couldn't even get to that point till 20 mins which only leaves 5 more to fight lvl 5+ 30+ monster army to kill last two hearts. hopefully they balance this achievement for this new map. Ive gotten every time achieve before this one and didnt have to many issues.
Here's a video wgich might help you

Next proper patch will be resolving this!
That is with the old map. There are elements added that weren't in that version.
Thank the Underlord! Very happy to hear this.
I did this one in its current form the other day, but I had to play the map at 50% speed, only just did it with a minute to spare and it only worked because Korvek is bugged and you only need to get his lower core to count him out (in fact, upper core appears to do nothing at all; I tried that one first).. It was ridiculously hard and I'm glad to hear it's due a change. The secret is to not waste time training minions up for a straight fight - the rate at which the other underlords recruit units, and Kasita's 100 sentinels in particular, make that unviable. Instead, go for a large beast den early, get Bafus only, and build a prison and torture chamber to converts enemy units as you go.
I went for Kasita straight off the bat, solely because of her sentinels, and raced her for the incantation shrine - beat her to that, and went for a combination of possessing imps to take ground and rooms, abusing Kenos mana regen buff blasting Kasita's units with lightening and working my way to her core using stone bridges. I had a prison built, and made sure I got what units she had, as I needed them for Draven.
Got to her core, focussed on that with a rally point, all the while zapping the MANY sentinels with lightening. Kasita goes down at about the seven minute mark or so.
Immediately turn north to Draven, build a bridge towards his heart over the water, possess an imp to grab a couple of his rooms and rally my units just on my side of the line. Zapped anything that came onto my side with lightening for a few minutes and when I felt I'd thinned the numbers enough, I went in and focussed on the bonechiller and other defences near his heart. Then focussed his heart with a rally point, and he went down about 12-13 minutes into the attempt.
Finally, mined towards Korvek's south side. You can just about force your way in past his garrison, but there's a brimstone vein that leads into one of his portals - I used that one in the speedrun attempt. From there, more imp possession, Kenos abuse and keeping my units healed up, keeping succubi in the peaceband to convert the units I was taking off him. Worked towards his heart, and got that with a couple of minutes to go in the allotted time.

Strategy:
Build ember rifts, bafus and cultists. Enrage everything. Lightning everything. Play at 50% game speed.
I built a lot of rooms but they didn't attract a whole lot, so ultimately, what worked was a ton of ember rifts and bafus with some cultists. And my archon died shortly after it was summoned since it can't be picked up and I didn't feel like microing it. I continually cast enrage on the embers and bafus. I cast lightning on enemy units when possible (so my units could focus on titans/cores).
I attacked Kasita first, built bombards on her doorstep and she threw all her sentinels at me. I just spammed lightning while they attacked the bombards and had some bafus range attacking. Then I used underminers to destroy the walls where the midas doors where. Then focus fired the core with a rally banner.
Next, I let my ember demons respawn and everyone else rest/eat/pay. Whoever the guy in the NW was, I just built bridges to his core and dropped all my minions next to it and targetted the core with a rally banner.
Finally I got my workers to dig to the NE/SE and put underminers on the brimstone. I used annex to quickly claim the tiles in the south after the brimstone was gone, then dropped everyone next to the gateway. I built a conduit and the workers captured the gateway, then the slaughterpen in the next room. I sold the slaughterpen and built some bombards in the middle of that room to get the titan to come onto my claimed tiles. Then I lightning'd it to hell. I could've also undermined the walls and tried going directly for the core but I didn't think of it. Also I sold 8 ember rifts and rebuilt them on the gateway so a few ember demons didn't have to go so far.
@ ♥♥♥♥ Goblin! This is nice in theory. I've found, (like so many other people), the game really doesn't allow much time to do all the things that are necessary. And you still have to get your minions ready for combat. Guess outside of the Dev's, there are a small handful of people that can balance everything out and have it all come together in time...I am not one of those people. I have struggled and struggled to the point of finally getting so mad at WFTO, I gave up and uninstalled the game entirely. (At least for a time). It is a great game, and I do love it. But the game truly doesn't give most people the time to properly prepare their dungeon for the onslaught. More time is needed to prepare with all the paraphernalia you need to defend your dungeon. Then, turn around and have your minions mine gold to buy the necessary things for your minions and your dungeon...And still get those Moronic Minions ready for battle.
Timing is still the same ~19 minutes, but it requires an aggressive strategy. The ember rifts and bafus made it easy. I had few other minions (mostly from converting kasita's troops): ~8 cultists, ~3 gnarlings, 1 of other units from rooms I didn't sell in kasita/drvaen's bases.
1. Build 5x5 library, beast den (only bafus) and no lair/slaughterpen. Build small vault (ie. 5x5) to help store gold for mass building later. Build ember rifts in middle of base whenever funds are available.
2. Dig out only enough room for the above rooms. Dig straight to gold patches and place gold vortex near them to speed up gold deposit. Unlock annex ASAP and use it to help workers b-line straight to gold deposits. Collect nearby artefacts and build a wall so enemy flying units don't enter your base. If you run low on money, build a sanctuary and do avarice rituals (they don't deplete mana due to kenos).
3. After building library/beastden, immediately dig towards Kasita/perception shrine. Build bombards and use forge spell (no foundry needed). The idea is to get to the other side of the shrine before Kasita can, then drop a ton of bombards/frost turret. Use the frost turret to freeze the sentinels and then lightning / bombard them to death. Pick up the gold they drop and put it in a nearby vault. Put down a worker rally flag on the area so they focus on claiming / whatever. Put a prison nearby to drag the non-sentinel/beasts off. Don't rally your minions as we want them to be alive for the real assault.
4. Continue adding ember rifts back home. Dig out any remaining gold veins and start using the gold shrines. Expand beast den and add a torture chamber (you should have a few minions to convert). Use obey on cultists to research faster. Remove some workers if needed to build more ember rifts. You should have 10-20 by now. Add some lairs/slaughterpen/tavern nearby.
5. Dig out all the non-fortified walls near kasita / perception shrine. Rally your troops there and then place a stone bridge (needs to be unlocked) along the liquid gold. You can place it upto a enemy bridge/turret. Rally everyone on the turret, build a conduit and drop a ton of workers. When they cap the foundry/bridge, build a new stone bridge from there to the heart (bypassing the midas doors!) and pick-up/drop units directly next to the core. Enrage everyone and target the core, done.
6. Let units regenerate, build more rifts, etc. Then do this for Draven (NW). Same strategy: build wooden bridge over water to core. Drop everyone on bridge, target core, enrage, done.
7. Capture the mana shrine things to the south/west (lower mana of spells, meaning you can cast lots of enrages). Let units recoup. You should have enough money now to build 30 ember rifts (free up workers / defenses if you need too).
8. Dig out and build underminer to NE, drop all units nearby, detonate brimstone and build a stone bridge directly to the NE heart. Build bombards on the bridges if you have enough mana to do so (free up 1-2 workers if needed). Enemy will drop all minions nearby and titan will arrive. Kill everything with enrage + lightning. Use shockwave to push enemies/titan back so your minions can focus fire better.
9. After titan/enemies dead. Repeat to the SE, blow up brimstone, use annex to quickly claim tiles, drop all units near enemy gateway, target slaughterpen. Sell 10+ ember rifts from your home base and put in the gateway/slaughterpen rooms when they are captured (ideally on emberrifts with dead embers so they immediately respawn when built). Add some bombards for help. Drop everyone there. The enemy won't have many minions or a titan, so you can usually just b-line to the SE heart.
Note: You don't need to kill the titan, but it's hp is tied to the hearts, so as you kill the heart, it also takes damage. IMO, it dies faster if you target the heart.
Just turn game speed to 50% (most important step).
Claim the incantation shrines and seal them with with defence walls.
Build ember rifts.
Get a vampire and level it up in the spirit chamber (make sure to do gold rituals if you do this) (you can also imprison your own low level minions as food for him).
Rush behemoth or archon.
Have a stock of haste potions for when you rush.
For NW, build a bridge to his heart but don't connect it, rally Titan to the heart, when it's close, rally everything to the heart. Then drop everything on the bridge, connect it to his heart, enrage your minions and spam heal.
Cast recall on the rally icons and queue the kenos ritual. (You can probably just build stone bridges over the gold lava instead if you want the other achievement too).
For East, come from North. Rally Titan again, then set off underminers when it arrives. Rally everything to the heart and drop your minions at the hole in the wall. The ritual will disable the doors.
Recall and rest.
For West you can either go over the lava with a stone bridge, kenos and underminers (this is best if he has an eternal, lure the fight onto the bridge and zap the eternal).
Or you can go from the south via the exploding earth trail under his portal.
I managed it in 24 mins and I'm a pretty slow player.
Okey nevermind. I think it's bug again. I only destroyed east core, and didn't destroyed west, but it still worked. Welp.
I experienced the same thing. I thought maybe my other minions kill it, lol. Must be a bug.
If you struggle with battles, free up mana by selling/deleting defenses/workers and queue a overload ritual. Then you have lots of mana to heal/enrage/lightning. Also you can use haste potions to keep units moving together. IMO, lightning is a great spell as it does a ton of damage to titans and can help deal with pesky units (ie. ranged dps like a huntress/bafu or a melee dps attacking a weak unit).
Hold ctrl and click a unit portrait and you'll pick up 10 of them, then hold shift and left click drag on your tiles to quickly drop them. You can use this to quickly drop 50+ units on a tile you own, then use rally all to move toward an objective.
