2nd time my save game disappeared and this time, no back up file

I really liked the game! I spent hours and hours only to have my game deleted twice for no known reason. I am hesitant to start a new game knowing it'll all be for nothing and am contemplating whether or not I should just delete the entire game to save room on my computer.

My friend set up a dedicated server and we had our saved game get deleted 3 times now since release. Thankfully we have backups and haven't lost progress like you have. No clue what is causing this yet.

The same thing just happened to me with the ZIELONKA map, my entire saved game was deleted.
In the other maps it charges me up to 96%

kept having a thing on steam saying save not syced to cloud and if i started anyway i would lose my save. so i waited until it didnt say that anymore and then started it up .

There is a save backup folder where you can restore previous versions of your savegames.

C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025\savegameBackup

Split up in slots and saved time.

However, i don´t know what happens when your savefiles get corrupted. Normally mods can cause that but there are not a lot of mods out yet (or maybe you use one of those broken corrupt 3rd class sites for mods, that could corrupt your savegames. The Editor is not out yet so a lot of mods with scripts are broken and only converted with problems). Using the savegames with steam cloud and at the same time microsoft one drive can also cause mixing up parts of a savefile and corrupt stuff.

The log.txt could give informations if it happens again.

Hey guys, no mods here and like I said, my back up folder is empty! This is such a game breaking bug, I can't believe they haven't addressed it yet
