There's no particular store building which probably will be modded later on. There are sheds to store anything on pallets aswell as vehicles. For silos you'll have to pay attention to what type of products/crop it supports.

Dump it on ground somewhere, there are sheds you can use if you want it indoors. There is not specific storage buiolding for it yet. I am sure modders will come along with a sotrage for it.

Its a fresh product you can't store, you can use the "preserved food factory" to bag it.

Yeah good question, This might have been overlooked or by design as there is no retrieval from what i could see from a quick look an once on the train there is no storing back, Riverbend has deposit + withdrawal for trailers
