There is no day one patch, but Giants are currently working on Patch 1.3 for the game, with the current known issues and reported problems from their bug tracker. So remember if you are not submitting your bugs or issues over on https://feedback.giants-software.com/login_page.php then Giants won't be aware of your problems and won't be working on fixes for it.

Kinda sucks you have to create new account just to report something(my Giants forum account doesn't work).

They wont work on reported bugs as well. Prove: FS22.

The moment devs decide the only way to submit feedback is via external access points is the moment one knows devs do not want feedback and have zero interest in resolving any issues.
But then again, its Giants, their reputation proceds them.

Bugs I have noticed are, that you can't use the stone pile created by the dredge. The Claas combine the cheapest one doesn't have a fill state texture for wheat. The occasional screen blink.
