The kiosks aren't some minor quality of life addition. They were prominently announced in the previews before the game came out. There are Youtube videos talking about it, and Reddit posts responding to the previews by discussing how the kiosks will work (eg. do I need to hire a cashier or manually do it, will I see customers visit the kiosk, etc?) so clearly some FS players were fascinated by the idea. I was definitely looking forward to trying it out once I earned enough money to at least buy the small kiosk.
And then we get this. A placeable selling point that we can temporarily decorate. Not what the previews described at all.
We sold flour, canola oil, honey, eggs to it and its empty permanent. No changes in visual.

I hope this is a bug that they will eventually fix, and not "This is how the devs intended it. The products are meant to only appear for the current session." The Farmer's Market is another big new feature prominently shown in previews that doesn't meet expectations.
There should already be a "fixed production selling price" mod somewhere.
