I'm still getting in-cab flickers/glitches but they've stopped when I'm outside.
I have used the same fix I used in FS22, which does not involve installing a third party application like Reshade. This may possibly help the OP as well since they're using Nvidia, as am I. Not sure what GPU you have though.
For Nvidia users, try going to Nvidia control panel, under 3D settings, manage 3D settings, and under global settings because it appears you cannot change this particular setting for a specific program. So under global settings, scroll down until you see Shader Cache Size. Click the setting it's currently set to and you'll get a down arrow, then select disabled. This was the fix for me in FS22, and preliminary testing in FS25 seems to have helped.
Might work, might not.
