Freezes when loading

When loading the games the loading bar gets 3/4 of the way and flickers between 1/2 and 3/4 percent, i can hear the game load all the way to the start menu. If i minimize the window and bring it back up it black screens but the menu is still playing in the back ground. The game has ran fine until today. Only mod to speak of downloaded is reshade, but reshade has been on it since Wednesday and I've played a couple hours daily since release. I've cleared the game cache and looked at the log, but everything I've tried brings the same result. i cant play their $80 game. I love FS but for $80 i better get a f*****g finished product. Everyone saying "you have to test a game with your consumer, you can't test it enough in house" horse s***t people made games on disks for 10+ years and when it came out it was d**n sure a finished product.

Try validate files on steam also reshade is know to mess with all fs games..

I did just try validating the files on steam, that didn't correct it. and i Uninstalled reshade with no change next step is to delete and re-download the game. and im not going through all that right now. i do however appreciate your feedback. about to just keep up with mods and not play the game until about February and hopefully they get all this crap fixed. i love the game but this whole just release and unfinished product at full price just continues to get worse. i've submitted 5-6 issues to giants and not a single case has even been opened. i get with the state of the game they probably have 10K reports, hell i don't know its just infuriating to me i guess, if i only did half my work and charged my customers full price and promised to come back later and slowly complete the job, i wouldn't have a job

Im having the same issue, tried a whole bunch of fixing none of them successful. i can blindly load one of my saved worlds but it will go to 95% than crash and shut down

im having the same problem man, sent a report to giants,

i launch the game and i can hear everything load but the loading bar bounces back n fourth and doesn't load

Hey, not sure if it will work, but it did for me.
Documents/My Games/Farming simulator 25 > backup your saves (savegames) and mods !!! > Delete the entire folder. it will reset the game settings, basically factory reset.
Then throw your mods and saves (savegames) back, start the game as normal.
If it works, it will blast your ears with 100% volume like the first start.

Go to Documents-> My Games-> Farming simulator 2025 delete the shader cache should be near the bottom below the save game files.

Hope that helps. Just helped a friend fix his game with the same issue.

Had the same exact issue as described above, can confirm that this worked!

Systematically renamed/deleted mods, updater, shader_cache one by one, and the latter did the trick. Made sure drivers were up to date and that Nvidia overlay didn't mess anything up as well.

i had the same issue i copied the whole game file the shader_cache and the game folder (has the microsoft edge icon) then put them on my desktop in their own corner then deleted the said file in file explorer (the original ones)not the copied ones on the desktop.
