Yeah, this is going to be a bug. Plowing removed the patch for about ninety seconds, and then it came back the moment the field was cultivated and seeded.

All patches are in the same place they were despite all actions taken to the field, and more appear every year.
I hope they fix it soon because I can't play the game anymore. Because the patches are getting that big.

Any new solution? More and more of this spots appear on the map. I'm worried that they'll get to a point where we can't play anymore.

I have the same issues now and tbh if I have to replay paint and replow the patches every time then the game is unplayable for me as it ruins the fun. I started with grass and wanted to pay back everything I bought first before progressing any further and this ruins the run until fixed for me.

I did reported the issue on https://feedback.giants-software.com/. No idea how high of an priority that will be for the devs though.
The only issue I have had with that is when the AI misses a spot. Try turning the width on your AI down (for seeders I noticed turning it down half a meter fixed all the missed spots). Also, instead of just normal plowing, set your plow to allow the creation of new fields when plowing the spot and see if that helps.
OK, it's January. Anyone know if Giants mentioned fixing this? I mean everyone seems to be aware of it and there seems to be no fix other than to turn disaster damage to visual only, or off. Like to get this fixed as it's a real occurrence but should be reparable.

they want do anything until the fanboys on the forum or discord complains about it. Instead they will fix things that isnt broken and nerf things that worked fine at release

Those spots can only be repaired by cultivating with a regular cultivator. Shallow cultivators, plows, and disc harrows won't work. I haven't tried power harrows. You will still end up with a bunch of spots after the next crop of course, but they will be in different places.

I never noticed them accumulating when I started playing because I always used a regular cultivator. When I started using other cultivators is when the real problem started.

I have using regular cultivator and still appear in all my fields, disaster damage is off, I'm sure is a bug and seems that Giant don't want to fix the bug, is annoying

Plow with make new fields on
I've used a shallow cultivator and direct seeder, and both wipe away the dead spots just fine.
