What is wrong with the selling points/ pricing in this game?

I've been doing a bit of silage to get some money. Sold 24 bales of silage to the animal dealer on riverbend. According to my calculations with each bale being 5500 sold for a price of 220(which i assume is per 1,000 L?) I should be getting 29,040. I got 10,018. This happends everytime i sell. I dont know what to do, making money is basically impossible in this game for me at the moment.

Can anyone give some insight in this?

Did you let the bales ferment into silage or did you sell them while they were still grass?

Yes i am not new to the series. I am sure i did everything right. I just dont know if there is a bug or something i'm missing. But it was 100% silage. 24 150cm bales. Feel free to check my math as well. But i am 99% sure it is correct.

Bought square bale from store for quick test

Sold for 1102

Since you didn't even get half your expected price. I can only guess it was still grass.

So either you made an error selling it while it was grass
Or there is an issue where the game didn't recognize the fermented state.

But the later would have created an uproar if it was true.

Any mod or anything that might interfere with things?

As i said i am 100% sure it was silage. that's what the game says at least.
I suspect that it is a bug with the bale storage which i take it out from after it is done fermenting, or a bug with the difficulty, because i started on hard and went to normal.

But it was silage.

Also noticed that bales i sell return to my storage??????? They return with slightly less silage in them, so i think the money i get is from a tiny bit of silage sold from my bales before they return

You will lose money but buy a silage bale from the store and sell it at the animal dealer and see if that gives you the proper amount.

Because something is messed up.

Go through the proper support channel and get things to GIANTS so they can take a look at it.

Sold a 5,000 bale now at 218, got 1097, so its definitely something with the bale storage.

I am in SP. Did submit a report on giants. Just wondering what they are doing. Several minor issues in the game. Wondering when they will release another update?
