Rice Issues?

Anyone else having issues with Rice and Rice fields in general? I can't seem to get a yield above 87%, and despite having lime turned on the fields have not once needed lime or rolling in my 10 harvests so far.

My current field prep is Plough-Lime-Cultivate-flood-seed(with fert)-month 2 flood and 2nd fert layer-flood each month until harvest- And its always 87%

I did try mulching after harvest, but that just renders the entire field unworkable and by the look of it, the rice harvester actually mulches anyway?

Am I doing something wrong or missing a step, or is it bugged?

bugged, also, you only need plow, lime, start flooding, seed with fert, then flood month 2, no need to multch or second fert.

same. me only 90%. can't above that. my prep is harvest - mulching - cultivate (on this phase, my field is already fertilizer 1) - flood - sowing (fertilizer 2). and the next 2 months i flood the water. and the next month, i check the water pump, if it not said water level too low, then do not flood the water

on my map, it's not shown needs lime color, so i not liming. i will try do lime

i got it. you must lime, even not appear on colour map. i do :
harvest - mulched - cultivate - lime - flood - sow

don't lime before cultivate, i try it before, nothing happened
