How do i fix the Steering assist.

As you can see from my screenshot the assist isn't correctly identifying the lanes, how do i fix this?

I have tried manually configuring the settings but it doesn't change anything.

I don't actually see anything wrong here? Maybe you can provide more details? It looks like you're lined up with the 3rd straight lane which it seems to be identifying correctly as its yellow. Lane width looks approx. correct. Just need to activate and start planting.

When I drive it’s not centered in the lanes but instead it’s offset, is it supposed to drive in the lanes? Or instead on top of the lines? I’ve never used this feature before.

Okay, I'm gonna start really basic just to be safe. No offense intended. I assume you know holding H brings up the setup menu for the Steering Assist (because thats the only way I know how to do that instead of the default AI worker mode). In the Steering Assist setup menu you can set an offset, I'm guessing you didn't.

In this screenshot you are lined up with a GPS line but have not yet activated. Hitting H will turn the center line from yellow to green and it should auto-steer unless you add any throttle or steering input, then it will deactivate. So generally I'll move till the line I want lights up, hit H and then 3 for cruise. And activate/lower the implement as necessary.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the detailed description, I’ll try and figure it out.

I'll try to check in with this if you have any other questions. A quick addition, the blue lines indicate the implement width. This can be set in the Steering Assist (and AI worker) menus, but they should default automatically to the right width. You can also see in your screenshot at the veeery bottom right the yellow auto-steer symbol says ready. I do believe that will turn green and say something like active after you've hit H to activate auto-steer.
