So this map is supposed to mainly be Japanese right? If so then why does the traffic drive on the right side of the road instead of the left side like real life.

It's not really japanese. It's a mix of different east asian countrys.
There are styles from Japan, China and Korea.
The Name Hutan Pantai it's not japanese. It's a Thai or Vietnamese name.
