Removing potato foilage

Is there a bug for removing potato foilage? It says remove foilage but there is no topper for potatoes only for beets but that one doesn't work...

You should plow or cultivate a field after harvesting potatoes because of the roots left behind. A subsoiler can be used instead of a plow and is often faster and easier.

No I subsoiled the ground and planted potatoes. Now I have to remove the foilage before harvesting but there is no tool for it?

I believe it’s because the harvesters are able to separate det top from the potstoes without a “topper”
