Why are fences un-sellable and un-destroyable still?!

After all these games I still can not sell or break down this fence. I HATE the fence around the house at Riverbend Springs.

This bright red pain in my ass just blocks anything that is too tall leaving my farm. I am having to leave with the trees I cut down out the other side of the farm just to drive back around and PASS this stupid red gate.

This is the same crap 22 had with that damnable white fence I could not sell or break. Please patch in to let us get rid of these stupid things.

I am turning those three fields into one field too. I just drive over them as I work the one big field. I also chopped down all the huge trees that were pointlessly block the paths around the farm house.
