Getting Oil From Small Oil Mill?

Just started playing, wondering what I'm doing wrong. My oil mill isn't dropping pallets.
It's loaded with canola, active, and I've tried setting it to Store, Sell, and Distribute.
I only have 200L+ of oil made, maybe that's not enough yet.
Can I load the oil into a tank and sell it as well?

Productions usually only spawn a pallet when there is enough for a full pallet so you'd need 1000l

Also you need it set to 'Store' to spawn the pallets

patience as well. If I remember correctly, it's a bit on the slower side, unless I was just impatient again
