How many cows for a decent profit/production?

Like, how many cows do you minimum need to get a decent income from them?


On a side note, would goat milk be better? Cause goats just require grass and are easy to take care for?

Goats are definitely cheaper to get into.

I've got some ~70 cows keeping two dairies busy. Goats are great, but their output is middling.
