Inline bale wrapper
I made a small mistake when making my grass bales, and make them 180. The only bale wrapper is the Inline Anderson.

I know how to use it, but was wondering how to handle the multiple bales with such heavy weight.

Once the grass is silage can I open the bales and use a front loader to put in trailer as loose silage?

Do i have to run through a shredder. Can they be separated?

I never used this machine before and not sure about how to handle once silage.

BTW...the bales are not for animals, just want to sell and make some money.

Hope this all makes sense.
Thanks

avoid that wrapper if at all possible. its bugged and wraps the bales as one long unseperated mess but if you use it do not move the bales n let them ferment so you can cut them open

That's not bug. It's how they work. It's an inline wrapper. It makes a line of wrapped bales.

@OP
You've got several options.

First, just sell the grass right now and accept the lower payout. This option is free and doesn't take any extra work. I recommend it.

If you've got an empty silage bunker handy, toss the grass bales into a forage mixer and unload right into the bunker.

If you lack a bunker, rent a Goweil VARIO-Master V140 stationary baler, and do the same operation into it instead. This will machine repackage the grass from the mixer into smaller bales and wrap them for you.

Dang it I forgot about that Goweil baler. I already made several online silage bales.

I’ll mess around and see what I can figure out.
Ah, I thought you didn't want to use the inline baler all for some reason. If you've already wrapped the 180cm bales in a tube, then you're fine. They'll just be individual silage bales after you break the wrapping. Roll up the bale loader and haul them away after that.

Pefect! I wasn’t sure if the bales would be separate.

Thanks all! Happy new year!
