How does it work with fresh produce from greenhouse?
Will it go bad after a while? Or does it stay fresh ( that would be weird ) and is there a MOD that has a more realistic approach to this?

Stays fresh forever, doesn't freeze or rot. Same with pretty much everything else in the game once it is produced or harvested. (Unharvested crops will eventually wilt.)

Oh i hope they do something with this, same with equipment outside that it get damaged when not stored. It will add so much to the realism if they did

Treat it as though it does. That's what I do. All my eggs, dairy products, and lettuce have to go out every month/day. I got into the habit farming on the Silverrun Forest map, which had limited space and demanded intensive land use. Driving a truckload of food into town on an early snowy morning through the forest was pretty cool.

Yeah that too, when i check the selling prices of goods mostly they get sold most at my small farmers market, but it doesn't make sense. It should have a cap or full status.

This game has so much potential, for me it's the first time playing it.. but are they aware of this and slowly building towards it?

I was only able to 'trick' myself to do this by using the mod GuaranteedCropPrices to get rid of the annualisation aspect.

I still sell my crops in the correct month so I'm not cheating the high volume crops but this way I don't lose so much money selling 'off season' - which is a ridiculous thing to deal with when it comes to milk and eggs.

Equipment left outside has the paint quality drop dramatically in short time, so yes, leaving some things outside to the bare weather has a profound affect.
