Robot cow barn not producin milk

Friend and I got a robot farm filled it with water buffalos and holstein, but it almost passed 30 months we gave it food and all but it did not produced 0 milk.
Only think we got was slurry nothing else...
And health and reproduction are constantly on 0% andy help please

Yes all needed is full and robot makes rounds but does not drop straw i hawe to do it manually but still all is at 0% from health to reproduction.

Maybe it is overcrowded 260 cows? 250 buffalos 10 holsteins? I have no ideas?

Can you mix buffalo with cows? I thought it was 2 different milk products?

I do not know but would it still drop milk plus holstein were added a bit later on a space left but I think I seen It is ok to mix cows...

They are different products and you are able to get both products out of the same cow barn.

But barn is not producing neither of them at all we have waited for years and it is all on 0% productions and health and food and all are full and path for robot are clear and still no production.
Slurry tank are empty (most of the time) but no production of time at all for 3 years I am close to demolishing it only reason I am not demolishing it is ammount of money I invest in it...

I haven't run animals yet in this edition, but with other productions, you need to "turn on" the production in the menus and set how you want the product to spawn (distribution, storage, etc.). Maybe you need to turn it on? Just trying to think of what might be the issue.

That would be for place that produce, this is just cow barn ergo not producing just storing milk there is nothing to activate, since barn does not makes nothing like a factory it just produces milk (or it SHOULD produce milk directly from cows)

Spinnery and others like factory for sunflower oil do have activate buttons and work no problem but not on barns.

Only buffalos in barn and it is totally empty it used to be Holsted and Buffalos and I sold all Holsteds but it is still all empty....

wait, 260 cows? The barn can hold about 100 cows maybe? If you haven't customize the fence. I think that's too many

You cannot mix buffalo and cows in the same barn for milk supply.

i have buffalo with cows, and sheeps with goats, and all of them are producing
