I feel like activating all production chains on greenhouses yields the same amount of vegetables, instead of activating only on chain (eg. tomatoes). Am I correct? And if not, does anyone know the best ratio for producing kimchi?

oh i do this a few ingame years now.
i have one biggest greenhouse delivering all production which are needed for Kimchi to my small farm production. The rest i sell.
Than i have a medium greenhouse were ii deliver chinakohl to the production too and all the rest i sell in January or February.
