Multiplayer stutter?

Playing with a friend and I'm getting headache inducing amounts of stutter. Is there a fix? Game plays fine in single player, no stutters at all.

Connection problems maybe.

there are many issues with multiplayer especially on dedicated servers. I will have ping spikes ever few minutes while another guy has never had them in a 50 hour session so far.

We've never had issues before though, yet is constant on this game.

We aren't renting a dedicated server though o.O. For us, it's constant stuttering for the person that joined the server. I host, my friend stutters. He hosts, I stutter =/

Same issue.. all of my buddies have it too
