"Job cannot be started. No Permission!

Dedicated server, was on last night without issues, came back today to harvest my fields and get the following message. "Job cannot be started. No Permission!"
I can harvest and do everything else on my farm but trying to hire a worker for anything doesnt work. No one else is having the issue that is on right now.

Did you check 1) nothing is left in the harvester, 2) you have the right header and 3) it's ready to be harvested?

4: did you leave one farm for another and try to go back?

All is good with that stuff, I waited another 5 minutes and I was able to hire a worker like nothing happened but now its happening to another guy in the server. I am wondering if its server side.
