FSMiner makes some good stuff. That said, you always need to check your log with him, especially the stuff in his mod packs not made by him.
RGC's solid, I like their maps and some of their productions. Like FSMiner, these guys'll really start to shine if we ever get terrafarm.
Stevie's mostly cheat mods or ways to make the game easier, that I've moved on from. Stevie's mods are where I first learned how to edit .xml files to remove all the "by Stevies" in his vehicles. So I'm thankful for that.
I use a few things from Itch.io, but there again, I have to check my log since only about half of what I try passes my warnings and errors test. I like this Ford pickup, and it has a clean log:

LSFM mods has some good stuff, and probably more on the way. I like their big bag machine that allows you to make big bags from stuff:

Modding Welt is a good site, if you don't mind translating from German. They were great for FS22, but don't have much yet for FS25. They do have reposts, so you have to be kinda careful there.

LS Mod-Company's another good German site, of 'Global Company' fame. They don't have much yet either, but had my favorite butcher mod for FS22, so I keep a look out.

Bcbuhler Farms, who posts on modhub also posts on itch.io, where his mods drop first while waiting to make it through the mobhub check. The Phiber Dash is worth taking a look at.

Lastly, 'Vehicle Explorer' is a great mod for vehicle management that I used in FS22 too. It does other stuff, but at it's most basic, you map a key to open the hud, I use m5. That brings up your vehicle list. Mouse wheel selects up and down, while m1 selects and m2 lets you change the vehicle order. It also 'parks' like Vertex design's 'vehicle park'. This mod for me is a must have.
