Crop rotation overnight? How to change this

Hello, I play very casually, turn seasons off so I can plant and harvest anything at any time. On 22 I had it set that every 7 days crops would cycle to their next phase in growing or be ready to harvest some, I staggered everything. So it gave me plenty of time to plow/disc replant, and do anything else I needed to before more crops were ready. But on 25 they cycle over night in growth.

Is there a mod to plant/harvest during any season yet, or how can you change the speed of crop cycles so it doesn't happy daily. Not only is it incredibly unrealistic (taking seasons off i get it as well but thats something I'm ok with) but I enjoy making tmr and feeding livestock, spreading manure daily, cutting grass making hay and silage inbetween other crop rotations. Aside from loosing the seasons it makes for a much more realistic style of playing when you have normal chores to take care of. I also love making tree lines, small forests and adding to my map for a more realistic feel, so the cycling of crops over night is keeping me from actualy playing and I would like to.
